| Frequently Asked Questions So what's the catch? There isn’t one. The winner gains a
£660,000 property and we get the market value for our home. If we haven't got
the required number of entries by Valentines Day 2009, then someone gains a cash
prize and we start ringing estate agents.
Ok, what do I have to do?
Click on the competition entry button, answer
the question, enter your card details on the Paypal checkout – then sit back
with your fingers crossed!
What are my chances of winning?
27,600 to one. We are taking 27,600 entries then the competition finishes.
That’s much better odds than the lottery - which is 14 million to one. And
remember - the more entries you have, the better your chances!
What if I enter more than once?
Then your chance of winning increases. You can enter as many times as you like.
What does the winner have to pay for?
Just the competition entry and the cost of
getting here. We are paying the stamp duty and conveyance costs etc. All the
bills relating to the house will be paid before we leave.
What if you don't meet the required number of entries?
Then the pot of money received in entries
will go to the winner (less the set up costs of the competition).
So why are you moving?
Now our older children are moving on, it is time for us to downsize and give another
family the opportunity to own this fantastic family home. We won't be moving far though!
Who currently has the property's deeds?
The Promoters' solicitor is holding all the
deeds and documents needed to carry out the transfer of the property to the
winner.
